Payment

We currently accept payment via PayPal (Guest Checkout don't need a PayPal account to pay us), Klarna, VISA/MASTER/MAESTRO/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DINERS CLUB/DISCOVER Credit Card Payments.

1. Not enough funds on the card to complete the transaction.
2. The card issuing bank is not trustworthy for us. You are kindly advised that you can try to another credit card.
3. CVV or card information is wrong - users often make mistakes when typing.
4. Expired card.

Order

Though we highly encourage you to double-check colors, sizes, and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders after 1-3 business days from they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at sales@woosir.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. In this case, we will provide you with the information of the courier so you can contact them and ask for an address change.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, However, if such a rare event were to occur, we will get in touch with you ASAP.

It is very rare that our customers have to pay for an import tax or customs fee but being that we ship worldwide we are not responsible for any fees that your country imposes on importing packages. Please check with your local customs to see if there will be any fees if you are unsure.

The generic shipping time will be 6-8 working days. The sooner you place an order, the sooner we start preparing your item. Thank you.

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually (but not always) the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages.

If you want to track the status of your order, like where is your order, when you will receive your order, whether your order has been dispatched yet, please contact us via email at sales@woosir.com;Also we will automatically send you tracking number and site by email.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically if the shipping address is out of the USA.

Return

We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each item to our customers, our Q&C personnel will do detailed check to ensure the high quality and Never on purpose send out damaged or faulty goods.

Customers need to contact woosir.com Customer Service to initiate the return process within 14 days since the signed date. If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error, you are qualified to get a full refund. For more return details,please read our Refund Policy.

Product Care

1. Please using a soft cotton cloth and leather wax to clean the leather, so as not to damage leather, leather goods don't directly in the water to clean.
2. Avoid prolonged exposure leather、 the rain;
3. Avoid contact with acid and alkaline substances , corrosive substances, oil;
4. Avoid direct contact with sharp and hard objects or friction;
5. To prevent overweight or excessive loading;
6. When the leather be affected with damp, immediately air-dried or dried with a warm wind;
7. When the leather to make long-term collection, should be placed moisture agent inside the leather, and with a plastic bag sealed and stored in a cool place
